A LITTLE HELP

Keep the workflow moving.

What is in the suite?

The suite includes spreadsheets, PDF page operations and image preparation. All core processing stays in your browser. Jobs use background workers, can be cancelled and time out after 45 seconds. Save results before refreshing or navigating.

PDF page tools

Merge, extract/reorder, split, rotate, watermark or create a PDF from JPEG/PNG images. Limits: 20 files, 20 MB each, 50 MB combined and 200 PDF pages total. Split exports up to 50 individual page files as a ZIP. A page selection such as 3, 1, 5-7 sets the extraction order; omitted pages are removed from that output. Rotation and watermarking keep unselected pages.

Visible watermarks are not secure redaction. Existing text editing, OCR and certified signatures are not included. Page copying can change bookmarks, links, forms, annotations and accessibility. Keep originals and visually review every output.

Image tools

Resize, compress, convert and rotate JPEG, PNG and WebP. Images fit inside your chosen dimensions without upscaling. A batch supports 20 files, 50 MB combined, 24 megapixels per image and 80 megapixels total. PNG ignores quality; JPEG replaces transparency with white. Colour appearance may change and metadata is not retained. Animated, RAW, HEIC and SVG files are not supported.

Which spreadsheet files work?

Use CSV, TSV, UTF-8 or BOM-marked UTF-16 text, or an unencrypted XLSX workbook. Each file can be up to 20 MB and 100 columns, with 50 MB and two million imported cells across the complete upload. Headers must be at most 150 characters. XLSX archives must expand to no more than 40 MB. Select one worksheet per uploaded workbook. Old XLS, macros and password-protected files should be saved as plain XLSX first.

The free plan supports two files and 2,000 total input rows per run. Comparison needs two files. Cleaning and mapping use one file at a time unless your plan supports a larger batch. If the first row is data instead of headers, turn off “First row contains column names” before uploading.

How do I compare files?

Add the original as file A and the update as file B. Choose the ID column on each side. Leave both value selectors on “All shared non-key columns” or choose a specific pair. Changed, Added and Removed describe the update relative to the original. Duplicate and missing IDs are reported separately and must be reviewed before export.

Why was a value retained or flagged?

Cleanup changes only the selected formats. Choose day/month/year for Singapore-style dates or month/day/year for US-style dates. Invalid dates and unrecognised amounts stay unchanged with a REVIEW entry in the change report. Missing deduplication keys remain in the data. Duplicate removal always keeps the first occurrence, so inspect conflicting records before using that rule.

How does Excel import and export work?

Import reads cell values, not styling, charts or formula logic. Formulas use the values cached when the source was last saved; recalculate and save first. Existing numeric cells cannot recover leading zeroes or digits already lost by the source spreadsheet. Excel export writes every value as text to preserve IDs such as 00123 and make formula-like text inert. Convert selected amount columns to numbers in your destination when needed.

CSV does not have cell types. A spreadsheet app may remove leading zeroes when it opens CSV automatically; import ID columns as text, or use the XLSX download. Formula-like CSV fields are prefixed with an apostrophe. A workbook contains all result sheets; a CSV contains only the currently selected result table.

Where is my work saved?

Spreadsheet files and results live in the current browser page and clear on reload, navigation or sign-in. Download important results first. Saving a workflow requires sign-in and stores settings, selected column names, mappings and defaults, rather than your file rows. Load, update or delete saved settings in Saved workflows. On phones, the saved list appears below the workflow form.

What about bank statements?

The separate bank statement converter supports certain text-based PDFs up to 8 MB / 10 pages and transaction CSVs up to 2,000 rows. Scans are not recognised. Review its arithmetic and every extracted row. Its explicit Save to account control uploads the extracted financial table; this differs from saving spreadsheet workflow settings.
